When you have decided to take an engineering degree, it is not very much easy because before join any engineering course you have to take a major decision, where you have to join and why you have to join there. Is the college you have chosen for doing engineering degree perfect for you? There are certain questions which arise during the selection of engineering college for your admission.

I would tell about the features and differences of the best engineering colleges and other colleges so that students can get the decision to choose the best colleges.

The important factors of best engineering colleges is Infrastructure :- We are not talking about the buildings only, here infrastructure means all the class room, lecture theatre, seminar hall, conference hall, workshop, laboratory, library, sports center, cafeteria, etc. all the buildings are important for the overall development of the students. It should be as per the norms of the AICTE or UGC. The class room, laboratory, workshops etc should be as per intake of the students. Class room, laboratory, workshop should be well organized state of art with full of modern equipment.

Faculties: A best college cannot be established without best faculties because a college named by their faculties who makes it perfect by their product. Having a good infrastructure without qualified faculties you cannot learn anything because faculties make the infrastructure useful for study. Number of Well qualified, educated, professional faculties in form of professor, associate professor, reader and lecturer should be according to the intake of students.

Amenities & Facilities: - The other important cause for choosing a best engineering college is amenities and facilities which are provided by your college for assisting to complete your study. There should be several facilities like, Wi-Fi campus, 24 hrs internet facility, library facility, conference hall, gymnasium, sports complex, refreshment centre, medical facility, fax, Xerox, STD,ISD facility, ATM BANKING facility, shopping centers etc.

Placements: - Only infrastructure, faculties and facilities cannot make a college a best engineering college without the placement of the students. The performance of the students is very important to choose the right college because at the very last, student is the final product of the college. If the student of the college is bright and they are placed in good companies that mean the teaching methodology is good and the study environment and other important thing is sufficient for the study. Because at last a student has to do the job after the complete of their course. Best placements record of the college differ it from other colleges.

Extra Curricular Activities: - for success in life personality development is very important for any person. Its play a vital role to overall development of students which can be achieving only by the extracurricular activities. So a best engineering college always engages their students to several extracurricular activities like sports, cultural program, annual event, social activities, debates, competition etc.
